Shipping Policy

Overview

We are currently engaged only in international shipments and do not operate in the domestic market.

For our logistics assistance, we have partnered with FedEx to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.

Once an order is placed, the seller prepares and hands over the product to FedEx within 3 business days.
FedEx then delivers the product to the buyer’s doorstep in Australia within approximately 5 business days.
In total, buyers can expect to receive their products within 8–9 business days from the date of order placement.

Not applicable, as we currently do not cater to the domestic market.

We remain committed to providing a seamless and timely delivery experience for our international buyers.
