Follow these simple steps to communicate to the Setu Store and your customers effectively.

How to Communicate to Admin (Setu Store)
To get in touch with the Setu Store administration team, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Vendor Panel.
- Click on Message Center in the left sidebar.
- Select Admin Message
- Click on Contact Admin to start your conversation.
Tip: The admin team can also initiate communication with vendors through the same message center.

Communicating with Customers
Vendors can respond to customer queries, but cannot initiate a conversation. Only customers can reach out first.
To reply to a customer message:
- Log in to your Vendor Panel.
- Click on Message Center in the left sidebar.
- Select Customer Message
- Open the message thread and reply directly to the customer.
Tip: Respond promptly to customer queries to maintain good service and trust.
