Shall mean an internet portal located at https://setustore.com/ and a computer program designed to run on smartphones and tablets i.e. a mobile application available for android and iOS operating system.

Services
Shall mean the services provided by SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED via the Portal/ app.

User
Mean any Person who seeks to avail the Services of SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED for the purpose of gaming, hosting, participating, transacting or uploading information or views.

7. Access to User Information

SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED provides Users with the means to ensure that their User Details are correct and current. Users may review and update this information at any time by logging into their Account. Users can also change their passwords and other details related to their profile by logging into their account. At the time of updating User Details, SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED may ask Users to verify User identity before SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED can act on User’s request.

SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort (for example, developing a new system or fundamentally changing an existing practice), risk the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup systems).

SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED shall provide information access and correction for free. SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED aims to maintain Services in a manner that protects information from accidental or malicious destruction. Therefore, after User deletes its account from the Website, SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED may not immediately delete residual copies from active servers and may not remove information from the backup systems.

8. Protection of Personal Information

SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED has taken adequate measures to protect the security of User’s Personal Information and to ensure that User’s choices for its intended use are honored. SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED takes robust precautions to protect User data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED recommends that Users should not divulge their Password to anyone.

SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED personnel will never ask Users for their Password via any type of communication. If User shares a computer with others, the User should not save log-in information (e.g., User ID and Password) on the computer.

The User should remember to sign out of the Account and close browser window when the User has finished the session.

User’s Personal Information is never shared outside SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED without User permission, except under conditions explained above. Inside the company, data is stored in password controlled servers with limited access to employees and other personnel or consultants on a need-to-know basis.

No data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be perfectly secured. As a result, while SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED tries to protect User’s information, no website or company, including SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED, can absolutely ensure or guarantee the security of any information User transmit to the Website and the User does so at User’s own risk.

When SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED receives formal written complaints, SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED shall contact the complainant to follow up on such complaints. SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED shall work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of Personal Information that cannot be resolved with such persons directly.

SETU PRIVATE LIMITED recognises that protection of data is increasingly important to individuals, organisations and stakeholders. Accordingly, SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED must earn the User’s trust for User to share its Personal Information with SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED. SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED currently processes and manages Personal Information in accordance with Applicable Laws, including but not limited to applicable privacy laws.

SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED has already embedded and will continue to embed data protection principles even more deeply into its business processes, with the objective that technical and organizational security measures limit, by default, the amount and use of Personal Information to what is specifically required.

10. Minor’s Use of the Portal

The Website and its contents are not intended to be targeted to minors under applicable law. However, SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED has no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who access the Website and so it carries out the same Privacy Policy for individuals of all ages.

If a minor has provided SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED with personal information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED contact@setustore.com.

The User acknowledges and agrees to the collection, retention and use of the information User discloses on the Portal in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to User’s consent for sharing User information as per this Privacy Policy.

User also acknowledges and agrees that with respect to certain activities, the collection, transfer, storage, and processing of User information may be undertaken by trusted third party vendors or agents of SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED such as credit card processors, web hosting providers, communication services, and web analytic providers, to help facilitate SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED in providing certain functions.

When a User uses the “Refer Your Friends Feature”, SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED relies on that individual to obtain the consent of their friend to allow us to use that information to invite them to create a user account.

Unless stated otherwise, the Privacy Policy applies to all information that the SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED has about the User and User’s Account

12. Opt-in / Opt-out

From time to time, SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED may communicate with Users who sub- scribe to its Services via email or text message. SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED provides to the Users the opportunity to exercise an opt-in choice if they do not want to receive non-essential communication from SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED, such as emails or updates from SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED regarding new services offered on the Portal or if Users do not want SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED to share their Personal Information with third parties. SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED will process User’s subscription request as soon as possible.

Upon subscription, SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED also provides User’s with the opportunity to exercise an opt-out choice if they no longer want to receive non-essential communication from SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED. The opt-out choice may be exercised by contacting SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED at contact@setustore.com. SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED will process User’s unsubscribe request as soon as possible and in some circumstances, Users may receive a few more emails until the unsubscribe request is processed.

If the Users want to remove their contact information from the Portal or withdraw all consents given by them to SETU STORE PRIVATE LIMITED, they can do so by writing to contact@setustore.com.

14. Severability

If any part of these Policy shall be held or declared to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be ineffective but shall not affect any other part of these Policy, and in such event, such provision shall be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of such unenforceable or invalid provision within the limits of applicable law or applicable court decisions.

Setu Store reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically for any changes.
