This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase products from our platform.
As a multi-vendor marketplace, our goal is to ensure smooth, transparent, and timely deliveries for all customers while giving our sellers flexibility to fulfill orders efficiently.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed by the respective seller/vendor within 1–3 business days (including weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (IST) will be processed on the next business day.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order is placed, followed by a tracking email after it is shipped.
Note: During festive seasons or high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Timelines

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, destination, and method.
Shipping costs may vary slightly from the final shipping charge applied at payment.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email or SMS with details. You can also track your order under “My Orders” in your Setu Store account.
If tracking information hasn’t updated in 5 business days, please contact our support team.
5. Delays and Service Interruptions
External factors such as weather, strikes, natural disasters, or customs delays may impact delivery schedules. We will notify customers promptly of any significant delay via email or SMS.
6. Returns, Cancellations, and Damaged Items
Report damaged or defective items within 72 hours of delivery with supporting images. Cancellations may not be possible once an order has shipped or payment has been made.
7. Split Shipments
Since multiple vendors operate on Setu Store, a single order may be split into multiple shipments. Each shipment will have separate tracking details and estimated delivery times.
